Beetroot Salad

2 Beet roots

1/2 Red pepper (cubed)

1/2 Green pepper (cubed)

1 Green onoin (finely chopped)

2 Garlic cloves (minced)

2 tsp Honey

2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 Lemon (freshly juiced)

Pinch of dry Basil, dry Thyme, Oregano, and Sea Salt.


Preperation

Peel skin from beets.

Cut each beets in four and put in boiling water to boil for 10 minutes.

After ten minutes, set to cool then beets in cubes.

Add all the above ingredients and mix.

Put in Refrigerator to chill, then serve.


Additional information.

Do not discard the water that the beets were boiled in. It can be used to make juice or just drink like water.

To get rid of garlic breath, brush teeth then rinse mouth with lemon juice for 2 minutes.
